Methods

  5. Thin the dough into a circle and fill it with Carat Supercrem. Close the dough like making a pastel.
  6. Proofing dough for approximately 90 minutes.
  7. For the topping, mix Cremyvit Classic and water and stir until combined.
  8. Make motifs on the surface of the dough and then brush with Sunset Glaze and top with toppings.
  9. Bake in an oven with an upper temperature of 180°C and a lower temperature of 180°C for 15 minutes.
  10. The bread is ready to be served.
