Our R&D is guided by consumer insights and customer needs, inspired by the rich traditions of bakery, patisserie, and chocolate, as well as evolving trends in science and technology. At the heart of this understanding is Taste Tomorrow, our always-on global consumer survey that tracks changing habits and expectations. To validate new products, we also use the Sensobus—our mobile sensory lab that brings consumer feedback directly to us.

Our teams study how ingredients, packaging, and processing affect texture, taste, and shelf life, while exploring emerging technologies that can reshape the food industry.
