Add eggs, Festipak, and Tegral Satin Creme Cake Vanilla, then stir at mediumspeed for 4 minutes and add the melted butter and stir again for 1 minute atmedium speed. Add the mashed cassava tape and stir again at medium speedfor 1 minute or until the ingredients are well combined, then add the soakedraisins and stir using a spatula.
Pour the batter into a 450gr Pound Cake mold and sprinkle with Tape Crumble.
Bake at 175°C top heat and 180°C bottom heat for 35 minutes.
Decoration
Mix all the ingredients then stir at low speed for 2 minutes or until all theingredients are evenly combined.
