Chocolate Peanut Cheese Cake


Working Method

  1. Mix all base ingredients except oil and mix on high speed of mixer for 6 minutes or until fluffy. Add oil and mix again on low speed.
    Pour the batter on a 30x40cm pan.
  2. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  3. Stir Cremfil Cheese and Peanut Butter until homogeneous and becomes a vla. Add Ambiante and beat until stiff.Aduk  dan Peanut Butter sampai homogen dan menjadi vla. Tambahkan  dan kocok hingga kaku.
  4. Cut the cake into 3 pieces then pour the cream over the cake, flatten and store in the freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Take out the cake and apply glaze.
  6. Decorate with chocolate decorations.
