Bolu Hongkong (Castella)


Working Method

  1. Beat the Tegral Castella, eggs, honey and SP using a low speed mixer for 2 minutes followed by medium speed for 4 minutes.
  2. Pour in margarine, mix on low speed until blended.
  3. Pour 40 grams of batter into muffin cups.
  4. Bake in an oven with an upper temperature of 155°C and a lower temperature of 140°C for 50 minutes.
  5. For the filling, beat the Ambiante until three-quarters stiff (soft peak).
  6. Once the cake has cooled, hollow out the center and fill with Ambiante filling.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top as decoration.
