Multigrain Donut



  1. Combine all dough ingredients except butter and margarine, adding water little by little.
  2. Add margarine and butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough then mold it with a donut mold then ferment it.
  5. Fried batter in Fortune solid oil.
  6. Cut sliced cheese using a donut mold.
  7. Place the sliced cheese on the donut and add the sausage slices that have been sautéed in butter.
  8. Sprinkle some parsley on top and serve.
