Working Method

  1. Beat the Tegral Castella Cake, eggs, honey, and SP using a mixer on low speed for 2 minutes and medium speed for 4 minutes.


    Pour in vegetable oil, stir at low speed until evenly distributed.

  3. Pour 15 g of batter into the mini muffin pan.

  4. Add one piece of Belcolade C501, then cover it with the dough again.

  5. Bake at 150°C for 25 minutes.

  6. Remove and let cool.
