Chizu Castella


Working Method

  1. Mix the Tegral Castella, eggs, honey, and SP and mix with a mixer on medium-low speed for 2 minutes and medium speed for 4 minutes.
  2. Pour in the oil and mix with a low speed mixer until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the cubed cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the batter into a 22x22 cm diameter pan.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake in a 160°C oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Beat Ambiante and Cremfil Cheese until blended.
  8. Put the Castella into a 22x22cm ring box, add the filling and flatten it. Stack again with Castella Cake.
  9. Place in the freezer for 2 minutes before cutting.
