Castella Roll


Working Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and mix on high speed for 6 minutes.

  2. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir gently for 1 minute.

  3. Bake at 200°C top temperature and 170°C bottom temperature for 12 minutes.

  4. Stir Ambiante and Cremfil Cheese until fluffy.

  5. Prepare the Roll Cake and add the cheese filling, roll it up.

  6. Store in the refrigerator. Once firm, cut into 3 cm pieces and place in plastic.
