Bake the cake 175 degrees for 35 minutes. set aside until the cake cooling. take puff pastry cover the cake , give the egg wash. Bake again in 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients together except Aristo, until mix well. Put in the fridge the dough for 2 hours. laminated the dough using the Aristo with 3x single fold. keepin the fridge for 45 minutes. roll the dough 3mm set aside into the fridge
