Working Method
  1. Mix all ingredients for 5 mins at medium speed. 
  2. Pipe batter in round shape like macaroon on baking sheet. 
  3. Make 2 sizes Bake at 180°C for 17 mins for the bigger size and 12 mins for smaller one. 
  4. After baked, stick two piece of whoppie pie with whipped Ambiante and the other smaller one with Hotfil Raspberry. 
  5. Stack the small whoopie pie on top of the big one with chocolate decoration and fresh raspberry fruit.
